If your return has been delivered for more than 3 business days but you have not received a refund notification email, please email our customer support team at support@homesweetjoy.com to ensure your refund is processed immediately.

Once a return is received at our facility, a refund will be issued to the customer's original form of payment within 3 business days. If the customer paid via credit card, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear on the credit card statement. PayPal refunds will be available immediately. The customer will receive an email notification when the refund has been issued.
